Supa Quick and King Price are running a joint campaign to promote King Price’s car insurance (‘the Promotion’) for eligible customers of Supa Quick (‘the Customer’).

King Price Promotional Discounts

New King Price Customers
The Promotion offers you a discount of R400 (inclusive of VAT) on your Supa Quick invoice if you are a new King Price client who applies for and receives a commitment-free quote for comprehensive car insurance, and do not yet have an existing King Price insurance policy.

Existing King Price Customers
If you are an existing King Price customer with comprehensive car insurance, you will qualify for a discount of R200 (inclusive of VAT) on your Supa Quick invoice if you obtain a commitment-free quote for any additional King Price insurance cover (such as buildings or home contents insurance).

The promotional advertisement, notice or pamphlet posted on the Supa Quick website and/or social media accounts, or received by hand in person, merely constitutes an invitation by Supa Quick for the Customer to participate in the Promotion.

The Promotion will commence on 1 September 2025 and shall continue until it is terminated by Supa Quick and/or King Price.

Steps and process to qualify for the discount
To participate in the Promotion, the Customer must scan the QR code on the appropriate promotional flyer or poster, and complete and submit the online form.

A King Price consultant will contact the Customer to conduct and complete a commitment-free comprehensive car insurance quote, in order to qualify for the Promotion.

The customer must ensure that the contact telephone number used when submitting the online form must be the same telephone number provided to the King Price consultant when completing the insurance quote. Failure to provide matching contact details may result in the Customer being deemed ineligible for the Promotion.

The commitment-free car insurance quote received by the Customer from King Price will include a unique reference number, which is specific to the Customer.

Prior to making payment to Supa Quick of the total invoiced cost of the services and/or repairs to the motor vehicle in question, the Customer must present the unique reference number to the Supa Quick staff member who will be finalising the Supa Quick invoice and processing the payment.

To qualify for the promotional discount, customers must inform the participating Supa Quick branch prior to making payment that they are participating in the King Price campaign. The discount will only be applied if the Customer has followed the full campaign process and all eligibility criteria have been met. Failure to notify the branch before payment may result in forfeiture of the discount, as retrospective claims will not be processed.

The Supa Quick staff member will apply the unique reference number, and credit the discount on the Customer’s Supa Quick invoice prior to payment, which shall be subject to Supa Quick’s standard terms and conditions of business.

In order to qualify for the discount, Customers must have obtained the commitment-free quote before paying the Supa Quick invoice. Customers cannot return to the branch after the Supa Quick invoice has been paid to claim the discount.

General
The Promotion is open to anyone who is 18 years or older, is a SA citizen or has a valid SA permanent residence, excluding King Price and Supa Quick staff, family and suppliers.

Vehicles that provide any of the following services, or are used for any of the following functions, shall be excluded from the Promotion as they are not insurable by King Price:
• Emergency services (including traffic control and armed response).
• Law enforcement.
• Rental//car hire.
• Towing.
• Driving instruction.
• Taxi services, including e-hailing services, eg. Uber, Bolt, etc.

Participation in the Promotion is not subject to any entrance fee or administrative costs.

The Customer shall strictly follow the specific steps and processes as set out above, and any failure to do so may result in the Customer forfeiting the discount.

The R400 discount shall only apply to the motor vehicle quoted on in the commitment-free quote by King Price, and shall not be transferable, nor redeemable for cash.

Only one discount per Customer is permitted during the course of this promotion.

Any Customer that previously participated in any other King Price promotion, and obtained a quote through such other promotion, shall not be eligible to participate in this Promotion.

The Promotion shall be subject to volume constraints at the relevant Supa Quick branch. Supa Quick reserves the right to accept or reject bookings in such cases.

The R400 discount is limited to services and repair work effected during the duration of the Promotion, and on condition that all necessary parts and spares are purchased from the relevant Supa Quick branch.

Supa Quick shall consider any such complaints or disputes in its sole discretion, and its decision in this regard shall be final and binding, and no correspondence shall be entered into.

All personal information obtained by Supa Quick by virtue of the Customers participation in the Promotion is protected as set out in its privacy and security policy and processed in terms of the regulations set out in the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (‘POPIA’).

Customers who participate in the Promotion acknowledge and consent to the sharing of their personal information with both Supa Quick and King Price, and authorise the possession, disclosure and/or processing of such personal information as contemplated in terms of POPIA.

Customers who participate in the Promotion agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as any other general terms and conditions which may be applicable, either as published on the Supa Quick website, or as contained in any documentation provided to the Customer, including the Supa Quick invoice.

Supa Quick shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without any prior notice, and any such amendments shall be effective immediately upon being posted on its website.

Supa Quick shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the Promotion at any time and without any prior notice.

In the event that the Promotion is terminated by Supa Quick for any reason whatsoever, the Customers waive any rights that they may have regarding the Promotion and acknowledge that they will have no recourse whatsoever against Supa Quick.

Supa Quick assumes no liability whatsoever and howsoever arising, towards any Customer who participates in the Promotion, and the Customer indemnifies Supa Quick against any claims whatsoever and howsoever arising from their participation in the Promotion.

Supa Quick shall be entitled, in its sole discretion, to refuse to grant the R400 discount to any Customer if any of these terms and conditions have not been strictly adhered to, or if Supa Quick suspects any irregularities or fraudulent practices on the part of any Customer.

The Promotion is a collaboration between Supa Quick and King Price, such collaboration being for the sole purpose of and duration of the Promotion. This collaboration must not be construed as being a partnership between Supa Quick and King Price, both of which are separate and independent entities.
